Silver City Energy Storage – A First for Australia
Hydrostor’s Silver City Energy Storage project is bringing world-leading compressed air technology to Broken Hill, NSW. Backed by a Long-Term Energy Service Agreement (LTESA) from The NSW Government, this project is seeking to deliver 200 MW of renewable energy storage for up to eight hours—supporting grid stability as NSW transitions to cleaner energy.
